The '=A= - The Associates Are ready for it' one is fine :D . But other suggestion's are fine how about:
The =A= Ready for action living for the Danger.

A slogan like the one we already have is great, but if we change it we gotta make sure it isn't lame ;)

The problem is...we're not a fighting PA, we're not a trading PA, we're not a dancing PA. We're all and none of these. I think not having any slogan might be better. Or, instead of "The Associates are gonna kill you!" or "The Associates suck!" maybe just "The Associates: Ready for anything."
