You need to use the to blocks on the lower level. Pull/push one on top of the block that marks where you can use the levitation part blocking off that exit. Then go inside the room above that. Pull/push the statue to block off one of the exit of that room. eventually the Doc will run inside. Follow him in and Indy will confront him and you will get the cogwheel.

I installed the damn patch, and it no longer let's u move olmecs statue what now?
