I have so far entered 3 applications, due to changing information. Will this make me inelligible to participate in beta 3?

Very difficult to say one way or the other... I myself have changed my information once due to a PC upgrade. The only thing I can say for sure is if you're not getting the monthly SWG newsletter in your e-mail, you probably have reason to be concerned.
