The credits system was created to allow you to be able to 'buy' stuff that is useful, looks cool, or both. You get creds by posting new threads and by replying to threads. The more you post the more you get.

Go to the forum home and check out the store. (a small link next to 'hotel') There you will see everything you can purchase. You receive credits for posts (2), replies (1?) and views (???).
And then maybe eventually you get to wear a cool glow around your name like me :p:p:p:p
But your glow is pink... ;)

when you check the head notices that all the forums have so you can go to the store to see how many points you need to do something ( or as all the people you can go to the main LF menu and before the lists of all the forums you ca read Store | Hotel Rooms :p), I think the glow think cost like 300 points, but i suggest you to go there :)
BTW: WoW, Wraithy is the reachest person at the moment. would you like to donate points for a poor girl?? :rofl:

it was a joke wraithy donґt worry, I really donґt think Iґm going to have enough points to make anything. if the administrators say when they will end this credit system, the most sure thing is that Iґm going to donate my few credits (of course just when the credit sistem is gonna finish :p)

it you read the announcemnt the administrators make they said this credit system will not be permanent, imagine about that, actually some people are spammers and only post a lot of stupid things and double posts and posts in old threads just for the points, imagine that this sistem will be forever, LF will be a totally spam forum.
Actually, Devil Doll, the announcement states the following:
"This additional forum modification is being tested this week, and it may or may not stay on LucasForums long term."
I'm pretty sure the credit system is going to stick around, from what I've heard. They're testing a large number of other mods for the forums, too. Since the server move, they've had a bit of extra bandwidth to spend, so they're trying to do so :)

Very good then. I'll keep that in mind. I'm still scheming and politicing on the MU**s though. I unfortunately don't have the pull I used to on several. I have to log on more often to get my old contacts back and see where the pipeline flows. That of course means, I may have to stop loggin on here at night to participate in my MUSHing. They tell me the Super-Squib is missed most of all. Looks like the return of the sinister and diabolical....oh okay, the lucky and self-absorbed Caleb Babcox AKA Pipper, should be a pleasant one. Where would the Empire be without it's greatest intelligence operative.......oh okay, slight underachiever and lucky, but well connected lacky. ;)
