There is some editing utilities for it:
RogueArm: Fly any ship in speeder levels for an unlimited amount of time (note: you can't complete the mission)
RogueEdit: Edit your rank, medals, change secondary fire technology, activate passcodes without typing them in, and select whether you can fly the falcon and tie.
RogueSpy: Passcode finder, it searches for passcodes in Rogue Squadron 3D! I've found some that lec hasn't even given out, some are hard to figure out, some overwrite codes, etc. WE NEED ROGUESPY VOLUNTEERS WHO CAN RUN ROGUE SPY AND HELP US HUNT DOWN PASSCODES!!!!!
