Well, DF is my favorite in the series because of its variety of exotic locales and original (SWish) music. JO has too many of the same texture throughout the game, so thats why the first three are cool! But DF has different textures in every level pretty much! If you didn't have to recreate all of these textures, how much faster would the making of this take? I mean, map creation and scripting. Are these the easy parts?
This would be if you didn't have to do: Textures, Sounds (excluding voices), and Music. Just curious...
I want to know how far you guys are on the architecture of the game.
And to speed your progress, I'll advise any level editors who want to work on this mod (with your approval of their work of course) to do so on the SW forums. Hopefully that will get more people on the team. ;)

I can't give you an exact time per level type of answer though - we were adjusting the map scripts and errors up until the last day and we were doing textures up until the last week, so each takes about the same amount of time - that is, a LOT of time. I hope that isn't too vague

Sweet. You guys are doing alot of work. I realy love what i see and i cant wait to try out the demo. But how did you guys think of this MOD anyways :D .
And will you add difrent multi player mode(S) for it so we can do like SP army of kyles marching in to defeat an arm of :trooper: you cant tell me that wouldnt be to kool.
But thats probly asking to much. I just cant wait for anything to do with DF i love that game :)

Honestly, it doesn't mean anything concrete. It's a general feeling about how far we've gone and how much we have left to do. I don't have a spreadsheet with check items for every little thing - those values are mostly gut instinct and educated guestimations.
still, they are pretty accurate ;-)
