In the Princess Leia Echoes of the Force, how do i pay tribute to the village?

You need to build a spaceport. Then, go to the panel in the game where it has the objextive button, and a few others. Click the Diplomacy button (I'm pretty sure) and click on the resource you want to tribute to the left of who you want to tribute to. Each click is 100 units of the resource. Shift-Click to give 500 at a time.
