all you guys with a bazillion questions ought to be hanging out in the IRC channel a little more and then I won't have to read all these posts ;-)
irc.gamesnet.net
#jodfmod
I would if there WAS SOMEBODY THERE! When do you guys go on it????
You should put the chatroom on the main page like the forum.
I didn't know there was a chat room. Do what monkey said above and than I'd access that.
Yeah, if you put a link on the main page, there will be more people.
Katarn07, go here! (

Not such a bad idea - I'll put a link in the menu on the right :)
Even though the Java Applet allowing you to connect on the site is good, I strongly recommend downloading mIRC (
http://www.mirc.com). Its a lot easier and better

No it doesn't i've been using it for ages and never paid a cent
I got a blank screen when I clicked on the above link...
You shouldn't do. Check that you have java enabled - and also make sure you grant access when the window pops up!
Nothing wrong with the applet, must just be you :)
Java...
I had big problems with that (couldn't enlarge screenshots, couldn't watch trailers) before I got my new modem. I will rather not mess with it again if you don't mind.
got windows XP? they excluded it because microsoft doesnt want competition.
download it here -
http://java.sun.com/getjava/download.html)
java is important to run a ton of web based things, Id recommend getting it.
I got 98 and that is the first thing that doesn't work. I don't know what Java even is, so I'd prefer to post everything in here.

Another way to solve the Java Problem under XP is get Service Pack 1.
I think hes just scared of java...
JAVA is the future:fett:
If you're scared of Java, just use mIRC - and despite what others would have you believe, it is totally free (and a great program)!
yeah, free forlike a month. then they wanted $$
Dude, that is complete bollocks. No offence, but you're completely wrong - I've been using mIRC for YEARS and have never had to pay a penny (or cent).
To be fair, you're BOTH right.
Technically, it IS shareware, but no features are disabled if you don't register. It just tends to annoy you a lot.
The most annoying thing i've seen in it is when you start it up for the first time you get the little info screen about the author and you just uncheck a tickbox and you never see it again.
