why is it that your map screenies are very bright, is it something to do with a gamma issue ?

I am mapping robotics and I am having similiar problems.
the compiling sometimes buggs out and compiles in fullbright and everything white is glowing and washed out.

I think if you keep the size + complexity of the level up the problem goes away(not sure why)

yeah, that's the problem - these maps are in progress and usually have leaks, so the map doesn't light properly and everthing is over bright.

It isnґt a bug, itґs just work in progress. Itґs easier to test textures etc. without effects.
We will compile them with FullVis and all light effects before we release them.
