Forum errors

I posted replies to shadyz' threads, the replies show up and they are the last posts of each threads. However it doesn't show the last post correctly on the main page of the mapping forum. It was giving an error about the page when i replied but when i go back and click submit again it accepted the post. However there's an exception error i think.

I wonder that if those errors can be detected automatically with a scan ?

There was an error before that someone has posted a thread and his message was blank, i replied to that thread and it made me the owner of the thread.

I get the exact same error. When you click 'Submit' there is an error message saying something about the MySQL on the server is down. Then i click BACK, then submiy again, and then the post is submited...
