I have heard and read about many people having problems with skins, mods, patches, etc. Well I have the perfect solution to all of these problems. LucasArts should re-do the entire Jedi Outcast game from the beginning. They should also include ALL of the character skins, ALL of the location models, and whatever else that would make the game much more fun. Then we wouldn't have to download these things from websites and try to find the correct files to put them in, and no more games that don't run properly and cause people grief over it. The game may cost a little more, but it would be worth it. When you take your time to do things right, they work better. When you get in a hurry, things screw up. What I'm saying here is, I don't think EVERYTHING was thought out when the game was created. That about sums it up.
