Seriously ... there are a lot of good tutorials to be found on internet that you shoudl give a shot first, then post a pic of your model and then ask people for help. And try to be specific for the help you need (for instance I can't get the arm of my model right). I think that is the best way to get a good response that will help you further.

Also state what software you are using because somebody who works with Max or GMax might not be able to help you with Milkshape.
