FOLK TALES FROM THE LAND OF THE DEAD 1:
SANSPOOF - THE GHOST THAT HAUNTS THE CAT TRACK

Many moons ago, there was a fat and rich man
Who owned a racing track for cats
But it wasn't long after he made a blimp
He had to turn down his spats

As the mighty balloon went tumbling down
And the engines failed and withered
The blimp crashed into the big cat track
And the audience may have shivered

You see, a cat was caught amongst the blaze
And his life suddenly went *POOF*
As this cat was the favourite of them all
 Dear, beloved Sanspoof.

He has now gone forever they said
And fans of him may not avenge
However, they did not know it
But Sanspoof is seeking his revenge...

He walks round the decorative corridors
 Wailing around and around
He only comes to haunt at night
 People quiver at his sound

So if you ever enter the cat track
At the memorial in the night
 Listen for the echoing mewing
As Sanspoof may give you a fright...
