For some reason my IE doesnt self refresh anymore. like i come to this board tommorow morning, it will have the posts made by people TONIGHT and not any new posts from tonight to tommorow morning. so i am getting all this old stuff and i dont feel like refresh manually everytime i come here to any other board for that matter. please help me

Sounds like a Cookie problem to me...

every time you come back your IE thinks... hey..he has been here.. ill load the page quicker from my files than from the Internet. and then he brings you the old one...

I say delete your cookies.. or internet files.
to do so... simply press "Tools in your menu and then "internet options"
There on the general tab is a button that sais: "delete files"
and "clear history".
well i always clear them once in a while... i have all my pages in my favorites... so im in no need of cookies :D
