I have a personal pic to change my avatar to, but when I go to change it, I have no idea how to, am I missing something???

Go here (http://www.lucasforums.com/member.php?s=&action=editavatar) and scroll down to the bottom. The avatar must be 20kb or under and 70x70 or smaller. :)
