Now, how will we hover with a X-wing for example? Does it do it automatically for us or do we have to press certain buttons to do it? How will we land? We just pick a spot on the map and it does it for us or what?

The Space Expansion is well over a year till it will be implemented. It's like asking how to become a Jedi at this point. :)

have they clarified at least ONE form of transportation.

These people, too many cutbacks :D

I would rather them be straight foward at the beggining so
we wouldn't get our hopes up.

Between planets works like this:

Either buy a ticket on the passanger liners going between some of the planets, or hire a NPC to take you there.

The latter is necessary to get to for instance Dathomir, since it's a prison on it and security are tight as hell.

Travel between the planets can take around 5 minutes.

well they could at least let you not have to pay for each trip somewhere when smuggling, if you have to pay for each leg of the journey then you'd have to keep makig a fairly consistant profit in order to avoid going bankrupt :(

Well, like the planets, even space must be limited, seeing there's even more of it than planetarea. :D

Like there would be difficult to create an entire planet, it would be extremelly impossible to create the whole galaxy, even more impossible if you include all the planets, stars, astroides, whatever object you find in space. ;)

I don't see whu you can't just buy a ship, press a button on it and arrive at the next planet in a few hours:p
