hi...i need help with something

i wanted to alter some force powers to use less mana...like the drain in MP i have V. 1.03 so im just gonna bring it back down to normal....also how much ammo a weapon takes up when fireing and the rate of fire, just for the hell of it in SP...i thought id be able to do it in a text file that would be in game data or somthing but i cant find one....if anyone knows where to change these things id greatly appreciat it
