Yes. Go buy a copy of Mysteries of the Sith and you get a very nice Darth Vader and Luke (from ESB) skin for use in Multiplayer.

You can also use Luke in the Bespin Secret Level for MOTS.

And if you don't have MOTS, then you should download the BIG FLUFFY PACK, a great big bunch of skins, including Luke and Vader.
