I've recently been playing MOTS and completed to the end. I'm guessing you are supposed to fight Dark Kyle, but the room I am supposed to be dueling in is desolate. After about 10 minutes, the cutscene starts where Mara Jade fights Dark Kyle. Is this what is supposed to happen, or are you supposed to be able to fight him?

It's a glitch, you're supposed to be able to fight him.

It is possible that if you loaded from a "quicksave" that it corrupted your game data.

You should try starting the level over, and only saving using the "save as" type game sav, not the quicksave. That works for me.
