Okay, I haven't checked this, but on my letterbox version of TPM video, there are two STAPS chasing Obi-Wan through the forest. Qui-Gon ignites his Saber, and deflects a bolt at one. The shot changes to see a STAP turning and firing. The shot changes again and Qui-Gon deflects this bolt, followed by the STAP exploding and the droid rolling down a hill. Then Jar Jar says, "You saved my again!"

But, according to Saesee Tom, his Pan 'n' Scan version has only one STAP. The first shot's almost the same, but cuts just before the STAP explodes. It then cuts to the shot of the second STAP exploding, but it looks like the same one.

Everybody understand that? Can someone verify this?

I'm afraid my walk has become rather sillier recently, and so it takes me rather longer to get to work.

Yes, but apparently part of the film has been cut out.

I'll be able to confirm or deny this tomorrow.

<font face="BernardMod BT"><font color="green1">Yes. They often have to re-edit the movie. Sometimes bits do get cut out. Other times, one scene is shown twice; one for each side.

Nope, I've checked this a few hours ago at Saesee Tom's house; it's in there all right. It's not really that hard to spot.
