In the republic campaign where you need to destroy the confederacy's decimator factories, if you type the "forceexplore" and "forcesight" cheats, at the far left of the map you can see Anakin and Palpatine, next to a sith temple.
err.. dude.. not only can you see them but i was able to build up a army and go get them and use anikin in my army
