Just being unpopular doesn't mean you should be banned. Show me where he has broken the rules and we'll use our own best judgement.

Okay. The following is taken from the legal stuff when you register:

Are you telling me that Joe Joe is completely innocent of some of the above? Here in the UK, making fun of someone on numerous occasions is called Harassing.

Oh yeah, I wanted him to 'get the HELL off the Forum' because he DID NOT agree to the agreement as Dave Maul rightly pointed out.

Actually, those insults didn't come until you outright attacked him and demanded he be banned. If I was just banning people for being rude and harassing, I would be banning alot of people, right and left. I believe in giving people the benefit of a doubt or at least a second chance.

Flagrant violations and repeat offenders are the ones who get banned.

You must understand, just because somebody hates Star Wars, or disagrees over which games are good or not or you simply don't like them, doesn't mean they need to be banned and silenced.

Maybe he WANTS to be here, he has that right, same as you. It doesn't say anywhere that you have to like Star Wars or SW gaming in order to become a member. We discuss other topics here as well.

I disagree with him myself, but I don't see that as a reason to ban him.

Outside of this thread, please send me the threads (through email please) that show him breaking the rules of this forum, and I'll think about it.

Please refrain from posting threads flaming other board members (that goes for all of you!). : P
