When i heard about how powerful the air cruisers were i was so excited. I thought about how my Rebels would defeat anybody else now. However, I heard that the anti air defences are getting beefed up also. That means that even more of my beloved Incom T-65B Xwing Starfighters are going to get shot down. Also the Air Cruisers cost 600 food 600 nova. Im starting to wonder if they will play a big role in random maps.

They should be used to make a break in the defenses for long enough, as well as the A-Wings.

The Cruisers deal massive amounts of damage, but can't take a beating at all (against air units), or thats what I've noticed.
