what in the blue hell is going on? After the patch, I havent been able to find servers. Ive tried everything and dont want to try dedicated servers. I liked the way it was. Is there any hope?

I feel your pain... welcome to the world of ****tty code.

When I patched my version with the new "upgrade" the game stopped working altogether... along with the subsequent windows session. After all the BS I had to go through to get the buggy initial release to work, I have since given up on this peice of crap app for the time being. Any code unstable enough to take down the windows OS (2K) when it FLAKES is (in my opinion), not worth the time to try to fix on my own. Too bad thats pretty much what we've ALL been forced to do with this half-baked, totaly beta-like version of an otherwise cool app. I say we band together and send the big corprate software lamers a wake-up call in the form of a nice class-action law suit. When a company puts out a product, it should be entirely free of ANY possibility of causing SEVERE instability in the OS(s) it was designed to run on, not to mention the frightening chance of data-loss/corruption I have seen in these forums.
Unfortunately, even if that were to succeed, a great many of us (consumers) have already had a good amount of something taken from us that can NEVER POSSIBLY be replaced... time.

I think everyone would agree that the very act of playing video games is close enough to being a waste of time without having to de-bug someone else's infested code.
