Yes, me too! I could definitely use a list of commands, and I think a lot of others could as well!

If you just want a down'n'dirty list:

start up the game (SP or MP depending), and before loading a level, drop the console and type:

cvarlist

cmdlist

condump console.txt


::EDIT::

This works for q3, I havent looked to see if condump is an available command in JK2, but cvarlist and cmdlist are.

some prefixes:

r_ is renderer
s_ is sound
cl_ is client
sv_ is server
g_ is game
cg_ is usually cosmetic
