When ever I try to play JO, on the small screen it says that my computer is lacking phsyical memory and it also says I should consult my troubleshooting guild. I tried to look in troubleingshooting but couldn't find any thing that could help me.

Any one got any sugguestions or know what part of the guild I should look in.

Hmm...sounds like your computer is under-equipped for this game. What are you running? Physical Memory...is that hard drive space? Hmm...could be. Check how much hard drive space you have. Eh, screw that open up your game's launcher, hit help, and then hit analyze your computer. It'll check out all of your computer's stats like processing speed, RAM, hard drive space, etc. and tell you where you are lacking.

I remember seeing a similar problem somwhere else. I don't know a fix, or anything but i do recall it being an XP fault.

And i think physical memory is ram. :jawa

I got the exact same message, my computer has 63mb ram. You need 64mb ram. So make sure that you have more than 64 MB before trying to play or you will get that message.

Turns out the RAM and the Hard drive space failed the test. The Ram got 60 MB and the hard drive space got 363 MB and needs 620 MB. Do you guys know a way to fix it?

No....

You NEED to have those requirements to install/play the game.

You can try freeing some space on the hard drive, but for the RAM issue you will have to buy more. If you really dont want to do this you can go back the store and return JK, they will probably take it back opened under these circumstances, sorry :(

RAM - Random Access memory, for now just know its where the system stores information the CPU will need for processing.

Essentially it is where the program instructions and data files are loaded when you run a program. IF you do not have enough of it, you can't load the program. Think of it like this, you have to move from a HUGE southern mansion style house to another one, and you only have an S-10 pickup. You can't do it, effeciently.
