Large saved game files/slow loading

So it looks like after the patch my saved games went from 1-2M to 10-16M! Needless to say this takes FOREVER to load.

The game ran and loaded fast and smooth but now it's unbareable. Anyone else noticing this?

PS: These saved games are in the Doomgiver level just before the 2 jedi's and AT-PTs.
