More than min req's and it still lags! (help)

i have a duron 950 mhz, 128mb ram, win 98 SE, 20 gig hard drive with 6.34 gig left, a sis 305/310 3d 32 MB video card, and it still lags really bad (especially in big areas, or places where there is sky) i have tried turning down res, and bit, and turning everything that looks like it would lag it off.. i still need help on getting this to work smoother! when i play with the bots, more then 4 will slow it down alot.. i have min reqs and yet it still lags. and when i exit game, i usually have to restart becuase of error messages and .dll errors such as when i go to click on aim, it says unable to run VERSION.DLL HELP!

Well first I've got to say that JKII eats frame rates like no other FPS game out there right now. Next I can tell you that it's your Sis vid card. The whole card is just much to weak to handle JKII. I would say get yourself a Radeon 8500 and I guarantee you that it will run worlds better and it's the best bang for the buck. If you can afford it then get a GF4 or if you can wait a few more months, it appears there are new cards from ATI, Matrox, 3Dlabs and Nvidia of course.
