New patch solving SP crashes?

I haven't download it yet and I want to know if those random SP (MP works great -I think) crashes, freezes, BSOD are fixed with this patch because I haven't see anything about that in the changes text.

Also are loading times decreased?

Whats the official position of Lucas Arts or Raven for those 2 matters?
