/team s doesn't seem to put people at the end of the line on a duel server... using /team s in console, or hitting escape and joining spectators... neither method work.

It worked fine in 1.02c (a few of my admins watch the servers and just like to spectate).

If this could be addressed in the next update... sounds more like a server issue than a client issue.
