Last night i was listening to a cd when all of a sudden a song cuts out and some guy is making a threat to a guy named harry manback.Here what he says.and he speaks with an accent it sounds like mexican.

Its weird cause that wasnt even supposed to be on there and there piano music playing through the whole thing.So who is this harry manback he is threatning does anyone know?Please dont ban me i just want to know cause it might be me even if my name isnt harry manback.

Actually, "Harry Manback" sounds like a pun, y'know (reminds me of something Lightbulba would come up with):

In all seriousness, I don't own that CD (by Tool isn't it?), however you can look up the lyrics online. I don't think "Harry Manback" is a real person at all, just somebody they made up for the song. As to what the writers of the song were "meaning" I don't know. Probably has to do with rage or anarchy or something like that.
