Can someone explain to me why i keep getting banned?

Can you explain to me why you're echoed? ;)

I was banned for a few days; something about my IP number. But it was lifted by one of the other mods. Maybe one of the mods has a grudge against you...

Accually, the same thing has been hapening to me lately as well, i simply e-mailed Kurgan, and he told me that any # of things could get you accidentally banned.

#1) If your IP address has the first few numbers of someone getting banned, you coould be banned too.

#2)If you were accessing the board from a school (or, i would assume any other place that has a bunch of computers connected on one network) and someone else accessing the board from that network was banned, you could get banned too.

Now, im not sure if these are 100% correct or not, Im simply trying to recount what Kurgan told me to the best of my ability.
