Currently Alt-Tab does not minimize JK2. I was wondering if there is some type of driver I can download or some option I have to look under to make it work.

FYI, ALT-Tab doesn't minimize anything.. ALT+Enter switches from fullscreen mode (in all applications) and may be what you're looking for.
