i got a SB compatible card with WinME.

but i have a bootdisk to use real DOS.

i can only get Adlib to work, which sounds really bad on my soundcard.


whenever i try General MIDI or Roland it crashes.



its funny, cos for MI 1 + 2 i *HAVE* to use windows to use the windows Roland driver to get sound, SB settings for MI1+2 dont work.

Indy FATE and DOTT work perfectly with SB as voices and sfx and either GMIDI or Roland for music.


its only S&M thats giving me problems, i use SB for voices and sfx. Ive definately set the right port for midi.
