How do I show up on the Master List?

Well, I've got all the ports open (about 10 of them) and I can host a game properly. The only problem is anyone who wants to join has to join by IP because my games never show up on the master server list. It's not ping, because when they list me by ip it's always under 100.

Any thoughts? something I'm missing?
