When Masters have stealth capability, the only units who can see them are bounty hunters and upgraded Jedi, right? How does this work, exactly? Can you see them on the screen if you are attacked, but the only ones who will accept an attack order are the bounty hunters or Jedi?

They are visible if a detector unit is around. There are a few untis that can detect, a light on the display (with sheilded, poered etc.. lights) tells you if it's a detector. If the detector see it then everything sees it. Also, if it attacks, everything can see it.

Since everything can see them anythign can attack them.
