We start this weekend. Ballots will be up then. Running time is five days.
As was the case with the first round, rules will be up at the same time. There will be a slight change.. but not too radical.

Obviously, at the end of the first term. Which is either after 4 or 6 months. Right now, we're leaning towards six..
