I'd like to propose thge following procedure:

1. Propose a subject
2. Start a thread
3. Let Senators post there for a week.
4. Conclusions

Why a week?

Because we live in different places, with different schedules. Everyone has more things to do, and instead of a weekly meeting, it would be better to have a weekly thread.

Lets get our Senators first before we jump the gun =P For all we know, Paragon might already have a sytem set up in which he will bring to the attention of the Senators to give their opinions on.
