I looked at it at babbages today, it is from prima games, it looks pretty bad. I got one for the conquerors, it was 2x as thick and a lot better than what this had. It was very low on details. Any other opinions?

i feel that strategy guides are pretty useless
u can always find strategies on the internet

I've got the FoCom strategy guide, and the single player walktrough is a disappointement. You have to follow the book 100% or you won't win the mission. At least I expected maps of each mission, but nothing. It's not even in colours.

The Rogue Squadron Strategy guide, however, kicked butt. Best one ever (never bought it, though, just skimmed trough it in a store :angel: ).

Anyone have the X-Com 1 and 2 Strategy guides? Man, they're bricks! 1000 pages+ long and they're the size of a big school textbook! What about the X-Wing Alliance guide? What's in it?
