I preordered the game the first day they allowed you to. I entered all my information, credit card, address, phone number, picked the game and the book deal hoping it was going to come on time......well I got an order confirmation email from the system telling me what I ordered and such. It seems they have begun shipping and I look almost every day after work hoping to see the email saying she shipped.
After several days of nothing in the database I wrote the sales team at LA an email asking why am I not in the database and when would they be shipping to minnesota and such thinking it was some stupid location mailing deal.
Well right after my email they wrote me back saying my order never stuck, and all they had was that I wanted something, my name and phone number.......no one called me or wrote me telling me what happened, and I would probably still be sitting without a game well after everyone was playing it had I not asked them directly what was up. I placed my order AGAIN about ten minutes ago and it was going to be here within 5 days.
My message is this, look into it if you ordered awhile ago like I did and you have heard nothing, and are not in the database for processing.
That really sucks =( I feel for you bro. That would piss me off to no end. They didn't even have the decency to even call you up and let you know of the error on their part. Doesnt say much for a company.
bummer, i hope they didn't mess up my pre-order..
well, i just checked my pre-order and it was shipped out today(whew)....hopefully it will get here monday or tuesday.:D

I called their 888 number at about 6:00 Central time and they were still open so they took my order again and apologized for the error. I hope they send things out on Saturdays because then it might get to me around the end of next week.
It must be a great game because I sure am going through alot of waiting.....I will get pissed off if the package comes crushed or I get a box and the CD or books are missing!!! That would suck......(knock on wood)

Serously though, I've ordered tons of stuff off of the net and I have never had ANY problems with anything I've gotten. (even on eBay where I got my PS2)

I am hoping they are like the guys at Battlefront, man when I ordered Combat Mission I had it in my hands the day after they sent me my email saying it shipped. And it was shipped snail mail.
