TBH it looks like it's been deformed, i don't think you're downsizing it properly.
Well i kept aspect ratio, damn 70x70 graphics, ill just have to be happy with my pirate in a barrel :barf:
try downsizing it with photo shop or paint shop pro, both use techniques to keep the ratio without distortion.
you miss understand... I have USED PSP and it still sucks!
