When your underwater after your boat sank, how do you take the light off of the guy who walks around underwater? Its really buggin me as ive tried countless walkthroughs and none of them are working. Please help

You can't remove the light from Chepito. But he's small, esp. compared to Glottis. He won't pick up Cheppie on his own, so you'll have to hand him off.
What do you mean by Hand Him Off?
When you grab him, turn to Glottis and give it to him. I think you hit ENTER to do so. Hope that's right.
