I think it isnt a Gf 2 pic.
1: He doesnt look like Manny,
2: The mexican folklore has those bone guys, they arent 3d, I mean they dont have their faces made with the doll, they are painted on them afterwards. Thats what gives them that cool look.
3: Lucasarts would have promoted it
4: Lucasarts would have put a logo in one corner of the pic.
