I know, I know, this isn't exactly Mojo related, but shut face. But what with the return of Mojo (apart from some DNS malarkey) and me finding two nss.nu replacements (which will remain sekrit for now), I think it only approprotiate (or however you spell that) for some sort of MIQC tournament.
I know which I'd prefer, but I'd like to hear from you guys; which kinda tournament you'd like, old or new. If you can't remember what there has been, go to the tournaments page at http://miqc.mixnmojo.com/tournament) (I think, anyway, as I can't view the page for I suffer the wrath of the DNS)

Rightio, that is all.

What is this MIQC? I never heard of it.

EDIT: Is this Quake 3, Quake 2, or original Quake? I have both Quake 3 and 1, but not 2. If its for 1 or 3, I might consider it :)

It's the one (and apparently only) Quake 1 clan! Yes. People laugh, but nothing is better than Quake ! Nothing I tell you! *rant rant* Anyway, yeah. It's at http://miqc.mixnmojo.com), unless the DNS malarkey is being as evil to you as it is to me.

In case you're wondering why the Skins and Members sections don't work, it's because the move broke 'em and nobody can be bothered fixing them. Muah!

I downloaded the most recent MIQC skinpack (I think), shortly before the downtime. If I still have the zip for it I'll put it up here.

EDIT: I have it, but it's too big to attatch.

I'll join if I can rig up a strafe - turning key thinger. I'm big into TFC and CS so I know how to play FPS games... but I'm used to using a mouse :p

Why can't you use a mouse in Quake? :)

Also, Met, your skins zip file seems corrupt. I don't really know why I bothered downloading it, because the latest zip is still available from MIQC, here:

http://miqc.mixnmojo.com/skins/all/miqcskins.zip)

So long as the DNS isn't funked up, of course. :)

"Enjoy."

[Edit once again] Actually, it's just that the Mojo server seems incapable of delivering large files completely. Oh well. Ignore what I said about your file being corrupt. ;)

I think my post might explode if I edit it again, and besides, I need to get up to the 1.0 posts per day mark...

If you're going to play in the tournament, make sure you download and install my skin if you want an unfair advantage - as Sumez once said when the sun was shining on his monitor, "The only thing I can see is Huz!"

Both are working fine for me. Download the one from MIQC if the one I'm hosting is indeed corrupt. *shrugs*
