Damnit, it seems those infernal things have progressed to our beloved Lucasforums :(

Thankfully only on the front page for now, but if it spreads.... suicide!

As far as I know, they'll only be on the main page, and they're not permanent. Server costs were very high this month, and they needed to be put in place to cover the charges.

I had Gator, which appeared to be useful, but really wasn't. It installed a cute little adserv on my computer upon uninstallation of the main program.

The popups temporarily infected the rest of the forums.

This has been fixed.

Bonzi suxx)))
I had him too, but he was really annoying especially his machine voice. Uhh. The only option I liked was the reading. He read texts if I typed them. It was fun to make him say baaad things about himself. I'm pretty childish, I see.)))

LOL If I had ever take a look at its features, and noticed he did that, bonzy would have insulted himself quite a lot:D

Hmm, this reminds me of my days of abusing the SimpleText program on my middle school's Apple computers.

That's what they said on the Stratics network as well.... now pop-ups are everywhere.

Stratics.... no idea.

Now they addded a huge banner on the right side of the main page, throwing off the centering, and it looks retarded. I'd rather have that gone before the pop-ups.
