Will we be able to use cheats in the thing?
I really don't think so. Not unless they have just a fun tourny where specific cheats are allowed but that would probably be extremely rare.

will the tournies be on the zone or ip?
I am thinking ip although the Senate hasn't discussed it yet. A lot of people are having trouble with the zone as well.
but when is the turney and please tell me it is a month or so away
