I need the option and statistics of making a character. can anyone help me?

ill make you one (once i get the book which should be in under 48 hrs.) btw it may help if you have or DL aim because its easier to talk in real time

u cant acctually be a "stormtrooper" unless its a ummm forgot the word ___________ class but you coulld be a soldier or a pilot or most anything.

Prestige Class.

And you most likely cannot be a stormtrooper in most of the games.. they are mainly Episode I time zone... But you MIGHT be able to be something like that in the later eras

u guys hafta understand all this stuff is a prestige class. u hafta earn experience to be one the only classes you can be at the start are fringer.noble.scoundrel.force adept.jedi guardian, jedi councilar, and a scout

you can be any spiecies known in the star wars universe in that particular era

you have 6 abilities

charisma
strength
wisdom
inteligence
dexterity
Constitution



your ability scores are figured out by rolling 4d6 (four 6 sided dice 4 times) throwing out th elowest score.
you do this 5 more times until you have 6 numbers
usually your pc creator will give you guidance into what should be high and what dosent hafta be


then if you find a thread thrawn posted awhile back entitled what you need to know about skills and feats you can see all the skills and what they do.
your pc creator (dude guy man/girl person) well tell you how many skill points you have to spend. u rank each of these skills on how good you want to be in them 1-4 4 being the highest

class skills only take one point for a rank

cross class skills take 2 points to move up a rank (your pc person will tell you which is which)

regardles of class or cross class you can still only invest 4 skill points in a skill as of level 1(when your pc is made)

i hope iv helped you a little this should allow you to have a basic idea of what making a character takes and help you to decide on what you want (you also get to pick weopons and equipment and stuff)

Well defender, when he says he is a pc creater, he means that he can ether help you make a pc or make one for you.

You don't have to know much about how the game works, just what you can or can't do.

Myself and who ever helps you make a pc, will worry about the rest.

It sounds too hard at first. It nearly blew me away. But after a while, if you ask every question you have, you'll get it. It won't take long!:)

Here is my basic guide to Role-Playing:

Simply be your character. You don't have to worry about modifiers, bonuses, or difficulty classes until you're really good at playing. All you have to do until then is act out what you want your character to do.

If you have a really skilled person helping you to make your character, they will presume the things you want and need and give them to you. Once you have your character stat sheet from the person helping you make your character, post it and that's pretty much all you'll need to do.

After that, just be your character! And ASK QUESTIONS! The only reason you don't know anything is because you never asked. Even if the person you're asking seems annoyed, (s)he's probably not. We love helping new people to play the RPG. Without you guys we wouldn't have a game! :D
