I am waiting for the game, and am getting sad.

I am sitting every day counting the minutes waiting for my email to read that my order has been shipped. Every day I look on this site for some good threads to be posted only to find tons of junk about tower rushes and how people dont like some effect or bombers suck, or they want the death star to fire and dancing ewoks to prance while being killed and something about not harming workers!!!

Come on people hang in there!!! Its almost time for it to be installed on our machines and war to begin. I cannot wait to waste countless hour after hour killing and blowing up gungans!!!
But come on now, some people are putting way too much thought into this.

Rushes suck but what are you gonna do? It all comes down to whos ready to rock when the music starts. One word sums up the rush......DEFENSE!!! Simple, build a good defense and then proceed to build offense, if you are uncrackable you are unsinkable. Nothing is totally impregnable but every minute bought to build is worth it.

Second, I hear so much about this tower rush...well that too is easy to beat.....the towers do not magically appear right? Well if your paying attention to your scouts you have around your perimeter.....you do have forward positions for early warning dont you? Or air power? Just keep your eyes peeled. Information is the ultimate power just like in AOK when the stupid computer builds a barracks inside your perimeter, hack the stupid villager.

As for the bombers, I like that as my cruddy gateway hunk of molten doo doo might just pull off 75 or maybe 100 units if the bombers stay still.

Oh yeah I almost forgot about the workers.........is that not how you win a war? Thats the first thing I do, is to make your opponent spend resources to defend his workers.
