M&Ms and chicken? Well, whatever floats your boat...
Imladil's recipe for baked chocolate chicken jubilee
Start with a chicken. Kill it. Eviscerate it, pull out its feathers, then cut off its extremities and tear its skin right off. Now you have a dead bird carcass, ready for carving.
You also need: 1 onion
1 cup white wine
1/4 clove garlic
1 cup heavy cream
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 lb. bag M&Ms candies (without peanuts
Carve the bird by cutting it into sections, then removing the bones. Take your hunks of flayed bird flesh and throw them into a deep, hot pan. Allow the meat to brown. Cut up your onions and garlic, toss it in with the chicken--when all of this is thoroughly cooked, add the rest of the ingredients (saving half of the cheese and the M&Ms.)
Let the sauce thicken. When it is thick enough to cling to a spoon, pour it into a casserole pan. Sprinkle the cheese and M&Ms over the dish, then put it into a 400-degree oven for half an hour. When done, serve over pasta, with a glass of nice chablis.
Take that into French class!
