Is there any way to be the Star Vipers in Shadows of the Empire?

Not that I know of. But there MIGHT be a Game Shark code for the N64 version.

If you are talking about Prince Xizor (or however you spell his name)Ships that he uses in combat yes there is you you have to beat the game on "jedi" dificulty and get EVERY SINGLE challenge point(it is hard but possible.

Also to get Leebo scan beet the game on easy and get every single challenge point
Also beet hard with all the CP's you get ALL weapons (even the disruptor Hehehe)
on med you get Invincibility wait now you get all weapons and invincibility on med and you get to be a Wampa or Vice-Versa
